Why did you file a dispute on my account?

Disputes are automatically filed if an invoice is not paid 7 days after the auction. We do our best to make sure that bidders who have an outstanding issue with an invoice we are actively working to resolve do not receive disputes but we cannot always control this. If we filed a dispute in error please let us know and we will work to resolve it.
