My item sold. What's next?
After the auction ends, you will receive an email prompting you to view your results, and noting your expected payout date for items sold.Winning bidders in the United States are invoiced within 1 day of the auction's end. If an international buyer has purchased from you, you will receive an email from us requesting a shipping quote. Please respond quickly so we can invoice the buyer and collect payment.
When a bidder pays, you will receive an email that it's ready to ship. Visit your shipping dashboard to get shipping details, and to enter a tracking number and carrier. Please ship lots as soon as they're paid, and no more than 3 days after payment.
Provided all sold lots are shipped by your payout date, you will receive an email noting the payout amount and the breakdown per item, and will also receive an invitation from Bill.com. In Bill.com you can elect to have funds transferred via direct deposit, or have a check mailed to you.
