An item disappeared from my shipping dashboard. Why?

After each auction, Jasper52 sends 3 rounds of invoices to any bidders whose invoices remain unpaid. After that, we send a person email, and our support team also calls them. If invoices are still unpaid, we file a dispute against the bidder, which compromises their ability to bid with any auction house on LiveAuctioneers.

Once a dispute is filed against the bidder, the lot will disappear from your shipping dashboard. In the event an item is paid for after the dispute is filed, the item will be visible again on your dashboard. In general, if someone attempts to pay for an item past 2 weeks, we will get in touch to confirm availability before allowing the bidder to pay.
